This is the first thing i've spent more than an hour on in a long time. Technically all the characters are from various Mario Bothers games, however, the image was made as a CD album cover for Super 8 Bit Brothers, a wonderful band that sings about video games (everyone should go listen now!). Hence Mario and Luigi have transformed into Rob and Kevin ie Super 8 Bit Brothers.
to be entertained more thoroughly; click the following link [link] you can download most of their songs for free, but be forwarned: they are horribly catchy and addicting and you may end up making rediculous fan art in all your spare time, just like me. |

That is probably the coolest work of art you've done. Not to downplay all your other art but this is truly a masterpiece. I mean, it looks freakin' REAL!!!!
Awww, I hope Rob and Kevin gave you Super 8 Bit hugs for this one. This is fucking amazing!

thanks for the props. it's funny how much better things look with just a little more effort . . . i gave rob a printed version at the concert in Chicago and he showed pretty much everyone there. Bob really liked it. she gave me big hugs. . . . rob didn't really say much else about it, but we were all busy so. hey, hope you got your copy of the solo album. so you can see your pretty face on the cover
*^_^*
"bad" as how the powerglove was seen in The Wizard.

Smee: I've just had an apostrophe!
Captain Hook: I think you mean an epiphany.
Smee: No... lightning... has just struck my brain...
Captain Hook: Well, that must hurt.
Awesome!!
I'm planning on doing some art for the new TR cd and Rob's second solo album too . . . planning . . . need more RAM, computer can't handle the glory . . .
Kevin told me they should be out of bankrupticy after there tour with Dog Fashion Disco (Or Top Dog Disco... insisde joke baised off a really bad misprint).
I should draw them also... I have only really done pics of MSI and Tub Ring are quite a buncha characters too... Hmmm.
Where did you see info on the new TR and Kliner work?
...And anything for new 8Bit?
He's doing some musical scores for some films right now but the group is basically doing more TR, more 321, there is always 8-bit on the side, and Rob already has about 2 albums that are just waiting to be finished and printed. I don't remember the order in which they are working on projects but I think TR is first on the list.
I like to do 8-bit art more than anything else because you can be fun with it. 321 is more popish, and TR has to be totally serious and suave.
Take your pick, they are always accepting and very appreciative. I'm sure you can get inspiration from any of their projects.
